We are a team of dreamers and doers on a mission to deliver best-in-class immersive experiences that transform the way people learn, work and interact. 

Our team brings a unique blend of front-end visual graphic talent and back-end coding that is uncommon in the industry. Unlike many advertising agencies and development shops that dabble in extended reality, we are 100% focused exclusively on building extended reality applications and environments that have real business impact. 

Elm Parks Labs was founded by Kimberley Hanke and is a proudly woman-owned business.

KIM HANKE, FOUNDER AND CEO

Creating Elm Park Labs was driven by a lifelong commitment to education and innovation as well as a passion for design and engineering. The journey has been one of innovation, adaptability, and a commitment to making a positive impact within industry, healthcare education, and simulation.

Kim is a serial entrepreneur with over four decades of leadership experience across education, training, design, engineering, business, process, quality, production, and manufacturing.

1989

Training company is established. The company goes on to serve over 3,000 students globally.

 

1995

The Training company evolves to a design & engineering company. Locations in Detroit, MI, and Fort Worth, TX.

 

2014

With a multi-talented team of dreamers and doers the evolution to Extended Reality begins.

 

2021

Through this time development continued with supporting manufactures, auto companies, bio science, and healthcare. Ending the year with the launch CareCompanion R XR with its first module supporting Traumatic Brain Injury.

 

2022

Pursuing FDA approval that supports the assessment and evaluation of patients affected by cognitive-motor tasking in individuals with neurologic disorders.

 

2023

Several strategic partnerships in place that allow for validated low stakes/high impact simulations that provide real world clinical experiences.
